EYFS Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting early years education? Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Milton Keynes, starting this September.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Students: Assist young children in their early learning activities.
  • Classroom Assistance: Help the class teacher create an engaging and inclusive environment.
  • Learning Activities: Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Developmental Support: Aid in the social, emotional, and physical development of children.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in early years education preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, and creativity.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.

Additional Information:

  • Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Pay: £85-£95 per day, depending on experience
