EYFS SEN Teaching Assitant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for an Early Years setting at a two-form entry school in Northampton,in an Ofsted-rated Good school! starting in October.
You'll assist children with General Learning Disabilities in the mornings and support those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in the afternoons, implementing tailored interventions.

Requirements :
- At least 6 months experience with SEN children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Patience and empathy in challenging situations.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
