Our Early Years team works with private day nurseries and preschools, recruiting Early Years Practitioners, Room Leaders, and Nursery Managers.
We can provide effective staffing solutions to suit your nursery’s needs. Whether you are looking for temporary bank staff or a permanent solution, the Early Years division will find the right specialist to suit your EYFS setting.
Roles we recruit for:Nursery Managers, Room Leaders, Early Years Practitioners (qualified and unqualified)
Our Primary team recruit teacher and support staff in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 within a Mainstream setting, and know that working with Primary schools is unique to any other phase.
The specialist team will spend time getting to know your school and understanding the specific requirements to make the right match for your pupil’s needs. Whether it is for one-day cover, specialist SEN support, or a permanent role, our team can help you to find the right education professional.
Roles we recruit for:ECTs, Class Teachers, SENCo, TLR Posts, SLT Roles, SEN Specialists, Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants
Our Secondary team works with mainstream schools across KS3, KS4, and KS5, in recruiting the highest quality teaching and support staff.
We understand that each and every school is different and work closely with our partner schools to understand exactly the needs are for their school. The team recruit Support staff through to SLT for daily roles through to permanent positions.
Roles we recruit for:ECTs, Class Teachers, SENCo, TLR Posts, SLT Roles, Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants
Our Tuition and Intervention team are especially focused on working with schools to delivers support to pupils on either a one-to-one or small group basis.
The team can provide a teacher or tutor to deliver catch up programmes and specialist interventions tailored to the needs of your pupils. This can be within either the school, home or taught virtually via our online platform.
Our SEND team is dedicated to working with Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Alternative Provisions, and SEN Provisions within Mainstream schools.
This specialist team recognises that SEND provisions have developed a unique learning environment and to improve student outcomes and manage inclusion, it is vital to match the right teachers and SEN Specialists for each specific school. Our SEN teachers and SEN Specialists Teaching Assistants have a varied skill set to cater to the needs of individual pupils and looked after children.
