Terms and Conditions

  • This offer excludes candidates currently in the Dunbar Education database.
  • You must have permission of the person you are referring.
  • This offer is not available to Dunbar Education employees.
  • Referrals must be made to Dunbar Education directly.
  • To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be placed within 12 months of their registration.
  • For permanent/direct roles, the referral reward will only be made at the end of the rebate period, typically 12 weeks, of the placement and when payment has been received from the client
  • For contract positions, providing the contractor has remained in the position for 12 weeks, the referral reward will be made 12 weeks after the contractor started their assignment.
  • For both contract and permanent roles, £500 will only be paid when the referred candidate is in a full time role. If it is part time then the referral reward will be changed to represent the % of a 5 day week they are working.
  • In exceptional circumstances, when Dunbar Education are receiving a reduced fee from our client the referral reward may be reduced in line with the amount paid to Dunbar Education
  • For the Day2Day supply roles, the referral reward of £100 will be made when any referred candidate meeting the above criteria complete 10 days of supply cover, then remaining £400 after another 40 days of supply are completed.
  • If there is a dispute Dunbar Education’s decision is final.
