EYFS Teaching Assistant - High Wycombe

Your Role:

  • Provide individual and group support to EYFS pupils, with a particular focus on those with special educational needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
  • Foster a warm, nurturing classroom environment that supports social and emotional development.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in EYFS or working with young children, ideally within an SEN setting.
  • A nurturing, patient approach and genuine passion for early years education.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with pupils.
