Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a broad, modified curriculum.
* Implement highly effective strategies for managing complex and challenging behaviours.

* Assess and meticulously track student progress, adapting teaching methods as required.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure holistic student development.

About You
* You possess proven experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* You demonstrate an exceptional ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour in a classroom setting.
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly.
* You are deeply committed to making a significant, positive impact on young people's lives.
* You exhibit resilience, patience, and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
