Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive one-to-one and group support for primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care routines, promoting dignity and independence at all times.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual pupil needs and interests.
* Support the implementation of personalised therapy programmes, working alongside class teachers and therapists.
* Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and well-being, sharing observations with the wider team.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate previous experience in an SEN or PMLD environment, ideally within a primary setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic educational context.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team member, eager to contribute positively to our school community.
* Hold a strong commitment to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of all young people.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
