Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 support to a secondary pupil, addressing their specific complex needs.
* Diligently implement and monitor targets outlined in the pupil’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with and access to the full secondary curriculum.
