Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and constructively.
* Mentor individual pupils, guiding them towards positive coping mechanisms and self-regulation.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
* Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
