About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at an innovative school. Key Responsibilities
* Directly support secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement tailored strategies for behaviour management.
* Assist pupils in developing effective emotional regulation techniques.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into classroom learning.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor pupil progress.
