Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences within the EYFS framework.
* Provide tailored support to individual children or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Support children's personal care routines and foster their independence.
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their learning assessments.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic child development.
About You
* You possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* You hold relevant experience or qualifications in early years education or child development.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of engaging positively with children and adults.
* You are a highly organised, adaptable, and resilient individual.
