About the Role
An inclusive school is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their vibrant primary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch or develop your teaching career within a supportive environment in the West Midlands. We are actively recruiting for a variety of rewarding roles, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, covering all primary key stages from EYFS to Key Stage 2, with immediate starts available. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote a positive learning culture.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities relevant to an ECT.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and fostering young minds.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* You are adaptable and proactive, thriving in diverse educational settings.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
* You are eligible to work in the UK and committed to safeguarding children.
