Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the ongoing development of departmental schemes of work and resources.

* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, attainment, and well-being.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related discipline.
* Possess a genuine enthusiasm for English literature and language, capable of inspiring secondary students.
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices, whether you are an ECT or an experienced teacher.
* Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
