About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school in the Dudley area of the West Midlands, with opportunities extending across the wider region. This dynamic role offers the flexibility of daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, providing a diverse range of experiences. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity, covering classes across various secondary subjects as a Teacher or Cover Supervisor. This fulfilling position, starting ASAP, offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your valuable contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a breadth of secondary subjects, following provided plans.
* Implement and uphold the school's behaviour policies, fostering a productive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
* Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported to achieve their potential.
* Adapt quickly to new timetables, lesson plans, and school procedures with minimal supervision.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care throughout the school day.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students, encouraging their active participation in learning.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as an effective Cover Supervisor in a secondary setting.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, capable of maintaining discipline and engagement.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering academic growth.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect effectively with students and staff.
