Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging EYFS curriculum experiences that challenge and excite children.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued and can thrive.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future planning.
* Collaborate closely with parents and carers, building strong partnerships to support home learning.
* Contribute proactively to whole-school initiatives and the wider school community.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment conducive to exploration and discovery.
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for early years education and the holistic development of young pupils.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practise to enhance teaching and learning.
* Exhibits creativity and adaptability in designing inspiring and differentiated learning opportunities.
* Welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teachers, and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teachers.
