About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join an innovative school located in the thriving Hertfordshire area. This exciting opportunity is available with flexible contract options, encompassing long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent role, starting as soon as possible. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing the early development of young learners within a dynamic primary, mainstream setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) lessons.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
* Assess and record pupil progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
* Contribute to the wider school community and its vibrant ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
* Possess proven experience teaching a Reception class or within EYFS.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and best practice.
* Inspire curiosity and a love of learning in all pupils.
