About the Role
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for rewarding opportunities across a network of highly regarded schools in the East Midlands, specifically within Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating and differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where all children can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and the wider school community.
* Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, contributing to a well-organised educational setting.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are nearing completion of your ECT year.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and effective behaviour strategies.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges in varied school environments.
* You are committed to your ongoing professional development and personal growth as an educator.
* You are eligible to work in the UK and hold the right to live and work in the country.
