About the Role
Join a thriving school within the West Midlands, seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to support our secondary pupils. This varied role involves providing daily cover and short-term assistance across specialist educational settings. You will be instrumental in maintaining learning continuity, adapting lessons to meet individual pupil requirements within an inclusive environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a range of adapted curriculum subjects.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Tailor teaching approaches and resources to meet the specific learning styles of pupils with SEN.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of pupil engagement and developmental milestones.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively within a Special Educational Needs environment, particularly at secondary phase.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Show genuine flexibility and adaptability, thriving in various school settings on a supply basis.
* Hold a deep commitment to fostering the personal and academic growth of pupils with diverse needs.
* Be available to commence work immediately, contributing to our school community without delay.
