We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH needs.
* Implement effective strategies for behaviour management and positive reinforcement.
* Assist pupils in developing robust emotional regulation skills.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to facilitate learning reintegration.
* Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Support individual and small group learning activities across various subjects.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
