Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment conducive to pupil progress.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the development and attainment of all pupils.
* Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive classroom.
* Contribute actively to the wider school community and its initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
* Demonstrate a passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive practice.
* Be a proactive team player with strong communication abilities.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
