About the Role
A flourishing school in the vibrant West Midlands is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their supportive team. This varied role involves providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We are open to discussing various contract options, from short-term and daily supply arrangements to long-term and even permanent opportunities, offering a competitive daily rate between £150 and £180 for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Provide effective cover for teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and high standards.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching across the primary age range, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility to cover various classes and subjects.
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
* Be passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
