Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke, one-to-one support to a secondary pupil, addressing their complex individual needs.
* Diligently implement and monitor targets outlined in the pupil’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate meaningful access to the secondary curriculum, adapting resources and learning environments as required.
* Champion the development of the pupil’s independence across various school activities and routines.
* Promote and embed vital life skills, preparing the pupil for future success and autonomy.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure a cohesive support strategy.
