This pivotal role involves providing essential one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering an engaging learning environment. Various contract lengths are available, offering flexibility for immediate starts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual learning strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, promoting pupil engagement and independence.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to adapt resources and differentiate instruction.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back observations to relevant staff members.
* Support pupils during unstructured times, ensuring their safety and well-being across the school day.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a primary setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
* Hold relevant experience working with children who have diverse learning requirements.
