About the Role
Join a innovative school as a dedicated Nursery Assistant, where you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of our youngest learners within a supportive early years environment. This crucial position involves actively contributing to the daily life of our nursery, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere where every child can flourish. You will become an integral part of a collaborative team, committed to creating a positive and stimulating foundation for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist lead practitioners in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children during play, meal times, and rest periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Help maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
* Communicate effectively and positively with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's day.
* Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of child protection.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and a commitment to children's welfare.
* Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* A proactive and adaptable approach is essential for thriving within a dynamic nursery environment.
* You are a reliable team player, keen to contribute positively to a collaborative setting.
