We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a respected primary school community in Buckinghamshire. This exciting opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent roles, starting immediately. You will play a crucial part in fostering the development of our youngest learners within a nurturing environment, contributing to their foundational educational journey with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist in preparing engaging classroom activities and valuable learning resources.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times during school hours.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher and wider school team on daily tasks.
* Provide targeted support for individual pupils, including those with special educational needs.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and childhood development.
* Hold relevant experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, building rapport with children and colleagues.
* Show initiative and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced school environment.
* Be a collaborative team player committed to collective success and shared goals.
* Have a proactive approach to supporting pupil progress and overall welfare.
