Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work to facilitate academic progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the departmental schemes of work.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students, promoting their scientific understanding.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a Science-related field.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and its effective delivery to secondary pupils.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be adept at building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Bring a flexible and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
