You will contribute to the daily operations of the nursery, providing essential care and educational support. Contract options range from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to early years development.
* Provide direct support to young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the nursery setting.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment.
* Support children during meal times, nap times, and personal care routines.
* Observe and accurately record children's achievements and developmental milestones.
About You
* You possess previous experience working with young children, ideally within a nursery or early years setting.
* Demonstrable passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's holistic development.
* An adaptable and patient approach, capable of responding to the diverse needs of individual children.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
* A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
