Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Help maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development among primary-aged children.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher on observations and achievements.
* Support pupils during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's development and educational journey.
* You have an understanding of various learning styles and strategies to engage young learners effectively.
* Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
