Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the Primary curriculum across various key stages.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Plan and prepare effective teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of all learners.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Collaborate professionally with colleagues, parents, and wider school stakeholders to support pupil welfare and academic success.
* Uphold and promote the school's ethos, values, and policies, ensuring a safe and supportive educational setting.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the final stages of completing your teacher training, ready to begin your ECT induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for Primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management strategies, creating an orderly and productive learning atmosphere.
