A forward-thinking school is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary setting, working with children who have complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This pivotal role involves providing bespoke 1:1 and small group support, nurturing pupil progress and fostering an inclusive learning environment. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Implement engaging learning activities designed to meet diverse complex learning needs.
* Support children presenting with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Aid in the development of pupils' social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and specialist professionals to enhance learning outcomes.

* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
* Demonstrable experience working with pupils who have complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, is essential.
