We are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher to support a network of flourishing schools across the Bedfordshire region. This dynamic role offers the flexibility to work across various secondary settings, covering absent teachers and ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. You will have the opportunity to undertake daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent assignments, adapting your skills to diverse educational environments. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary pupils.
* Implement positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere.
* Uphold school policies and procedures consistently throughout the day.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils as required.
* Collaborate professionally with school staff and colleagues.
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess extensive relevant teaching experience.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Possesses a flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments.
* Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Shows a genuine commitment to fostering pupil development and learning.
* Holds an enhanced DBS check registered on the update service, or is willing to apply for one.
