About the Role
Join a dynamic school community focused on inclusive education, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This vital role involves providing invaluable support to secondary-aged pupils with complex needs within our specialist SEN provision. You will be instrumental in assisting with adapted curriculum delivery and fostering crucial independence for every young person. We are looking for an individual ready to start as soon as possible, with flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities available, offering a daily rate between £90 and £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Support secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the delivery of a tailored and adapted curriculum designed to meet individual learning styles.
* Promote pupil independence and self-help skills within the school environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning discussions.
* Help manage classroom resources and maintain a safe, stimulating educational setting.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* You have prior experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
* You are patient, resilient, and empathetic, approaching every challenge with a positive mindset.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* You are adaptable and proactive, eager to contribute positively to a dedicated team.
