About the Role
A thriving school is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their vibrant team. This rewarding opportunity involves delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within small group settings in a specialist secondary school environment. We are considering candidates for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with competitive daily rates of £150 - £250, seeking an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, pupil-centred lessons specifically tailored to diverse complex learning needs.
* Skillfully adapt the curriculum to ensure accessibility and progress for pupils in small group contexts.
* Continuously assess and monitor pupil achievement, providing meaningful feedback to foster growth.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to maximise pupil outcomes.
* Implement proactive strategies for behaviour management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience
