About the Role
An exceptional school is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join their vibrant primary setting on a daily supply and short-term basis, starting as soon as possible. This rewarding role involves providing engaging and inclusive education across various specialist SEN provisions, catering to diverse pupil needs within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work with different primary age groups and support a wide spectrum of special educational needs, bringing your expertise and passion to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning plans.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils across diverse SEN provisions.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Assess pupil progress effectively and provide constructive feedback on their achievements.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and proactively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning space.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure cohesive pupil support.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make a difference.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a calm, patient approach to all situations.
* Be highly adaptable and able to transition smoothly between different primary settings and pupil groups.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in SEN education.
* Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
