Key Responsibilities
* Supervise students undertaking pre-set work, ensuring tasks are completed as instructed.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning environment.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies, adhering to school policies.
* Support students with general queries about their work, providing encouragement and guidance.
* Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and any classroom observations.
* Uphold the school's high standards of conduct and educational expectations at all times.

About You
* You possess previous experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively with students.
* Your behaviour management strategies are strong and consistently applied, ensuring a calm classroom.
* You are highly adaptable and proactive, able to respond to changing circumstances with confidence.
* You are committed to supporting student learning and maintaining a positive educational experience.
* You exhibit a resilient and professional demeanour, even in challenging situations.
