Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Accurately assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support teams, and the wider school community.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
* Contribute positively to the school's ethos and uphold its safeguarding policies.
About You
* Hold Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or be in the final stages of your teacher training.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent potential for creating a dynamic and well-managed classroom.
