About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention Teacher to join a dynamic primary school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on pupil progress across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will be instrumental in delivering targeted support to small groups and individual learners, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term and permanent possibilities, commencing as soon as you are available, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, targeted intervention programmes for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups to address specific learning gaps in core subjects.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies to ensure maximum impact.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies with broader curriculum objectives.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters confidence and achievement.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering effective interventions across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Have a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements and pupil development stages.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously to achieve positive outcomes.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting every child to overcome learning barriers and thrive.
