Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the delivery of an adapted curriculum, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil engagement.
* Support pupils with personal care and mobility requirements where necessary.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to achieve individual pupil goals.
* Help to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies.
