This vital daily supply role involves covering classes across adapted curriculum areas, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils. You will provide essential SEN support, adapting your teaching approach to meet diverse individual needs. Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging lessons across a range of adapted secondary subjects.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Providing tailored support to pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs.
* Working collaboratively with support staff to facilitate an inclusive educational experience.
* Ensuring all safeguarding policies and procedures are rigorously followed.
* Adapting teaching resources and strategies to meet individual pupil learning styles.

About You
* Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Demonstrable experience of teaching within an SEN secondary environment.
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex learning needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in varied school settings.
