This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a respected primary school environment. This varied role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate of £95 to £110. Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable support to pupils across Key Stages, nurturing their academic and personal growth.
* Assist class teachers in the effective delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
* Offer dedicated one-to-one and small group support, including for pupils requiring SEN assistance.
* Help prepare and organise learning materials and classroom displays, enhancing the educational experience.
* Supervise pupils during learning activities and break times, promoting a secure and inclusive atmosphere.
* Contribute actively to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, celebrating achievements.
About You
* You possess previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of primary-aged children drives your approach.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly with pupils and staff.
* The ability to adapt to varying classroom needs and work collaboratively within a dynamic team is essential.
