About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Reading area. You will play a crucial role in empowering secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs within a specialist provision. Your focus will be on providing essential behaviour support, guiding pupils in emotional regulation, and facilitating their successful reintegration into learning environments. We are seeking professionals for immediate starts, offering a variety of flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent roles, with competitive daily rates ranging from £95 to £120.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.
* Successfully implement and adapt individualised behaviour management plans.
* Assist pupils in developing effective emotional regulation strategies.
* Facilitate a smooth and positive return to mainstream learning or specialist settings.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and wider support staff to enhance pupil progress.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive educational atmosphere.
