About the Role
Join a thriving school in Wellingborough seeking an inspiring and dedicated Physics Teacher for a permanent role from September 2026, with salary paid to scale (ECT/MPS/UPS). Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver dynamic and challenging Physics lessons across key stages.
* Inspire pupils to develop a deep understanding and passion for scientific principles.
* Systematically assess, record, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement whole-school policies and initiatives.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Physics or a closely related scientific field.
* Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a profound passion for Physics education.
* Possess a proven ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire secondary school pupils.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management skills, ensuring an optimal learning environment.
* Committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Eager to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive departmental team.
