Key Responsibilities
* Confidently cover classes across adapted curriculum areas within specialist SEN settings.
* Effectively differentiate learning activities to meet a wide range of individual pupil needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively, fostering a calm and inclusive atmosphere.
* Support pupils in developing essential life skills and academic progress.
* Collaborate with existing staff to ensure seamless transitions and consistent pupil support.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status and proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs.
* Command strong behaviour management strategies tailored for specialist environments.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents regarding pupil progress and well-being.
