About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join an inclusive school environment within a vibrant community, starting in September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering dynamic and engaging Science lessons that ignite curiosity.
* Cultivating an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all pupils thrive.
* Assessing pupil progress rigorously and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
* Developing and adapting resources to cater for diverse learning needs and styles.
* Actively participating in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Championing scientific inquiry and practical experimentation within the curriculum.

About You
* You possess qualified teacher status and hold a strong degree in a Science-related discipline.
* You are an exceptional communicator, adept at explaining complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
* You demonstrate a proven ability to motivate and manage pupils effectively in a secondary setting.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You are an Early Career Teacher, an experienced Main Pay Scale teacher, or a skilled Upper Pay Scale practitioner eager for your next challenge.
* You foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school culture.
