About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to embark on exciting teaching opportunities within a network of progressive primary schools across Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire area. This is a fantastic chance to launch your career, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We have a variety of roles available, ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent positions, all offering excellent pathways for professional development. Each role offers comprehensive support tailored for ECTs, ensuring a smooth and successful start to your teaching journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons that inspire and challenge primary pupils.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and eager to learn.
* Assess pupil learning effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
* Uphold the school's ethos and values, acting as a positive role model for all pupils.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking your first or second year of induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Demonstrate strong potential in creating a vibrant, well-managed classroom where pupils can thrive.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges within diverse school settings.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a desire to grow as an educator.
