This vital role involves supporting students with behaviour management, fostering emotional regulation, and facilitating their successful reintegration into learning environments. We are open to candidates seeking long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional regulation effectively.
* Assist in creating and maintaining a nurturing and structured learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised learning plans.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into academic and social settings.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.

* Possess demonstrable experience working with young people with SEMH needs.
