We are seeking an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a well-established school in the vibrant Berkshire area. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils. This flexible role offers various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. You will contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment, receiving a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classes.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Adhere to the school's robust policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, ensuring inclusivity.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and support staff to ensure seamless learning.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate excellent pedagogical skills with a proven ability to engage pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit strong classroom management techniques, creating a respectful and orderly learning environment.
* Be adaptable and resilient, capable of transitioning between different year groups and subjects seamlessly.
* Hold a genuine passion for primary education, committed to nurturing young minds.
* Possess superb communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff and pupils.
