Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons.
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils.
* Support pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs to access the curriculum.
* Help create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and organised classroom atmosphere.
* Contribute positively to the behaviour management of pupils, promoting respect and cooperation.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and parents to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their learning journey.
* Demonstrable experience working with young learners, ideally within a school environment.
* An understanding of various Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach, thriving in a dynamic educational environment.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils within the school community.
