Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils.

* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and supportive school community.
* Actively participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.
* Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding pupil welfare and academic progress.
About You
* You are an Early Career Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an effective learning atmosphere.
* Show a proactive approach to your own professional development and an eagerness to learn and evolve.
* You are a highly organised, adaptable individual with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
