About the Role
A progressive school in the South East is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their vibrant early years team. This fulfilling role involves providing essential support for the holistic development of young children within a nurturing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual available for immediate start, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term, long-term, or permanent engagements. The position offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, reflecting your commitment and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
* Support engaging play-based learning activities that foster curiosity and development.
* Assist with personal care routines, promoting independence and good hygiene practices.
* Contribute to observations and assessments of children's progress, sharing insights with colleagues.
* Help maintain a stimulating, organised, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with the early years team to deliver an outstanding educational experience.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for engaging with children, parents, and staff.
* You demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, contributing effectively to team dynamics.
* An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection are paramount.
